Lockheed Martin received its first shipment of Patriot interceptor components from General Motors less than a month after signing a manufacturing agreement, as the Pentagon accelerates weapons production. The PAC-3 MSE housing parts were delivered in 22 days, far faster than the traditional months or years required.
