Slack is launching Slackforce Surfaces, a new feature that lets users ask Slackbot to build interactive reports, dashboards, polls, and presentations directly within chats by describing what they need. The AI assistant gathers data from conversations and connected apps like Google Drive and Salesforce, creates the interactive tool, and allows team members to view, interact with, and comment on it collaboratively without exporting data elsewhere.
