Samsung's Galaxy Tab S12+ and Tab S12 Ultra tablets will feature the Dimensity 9500 chipset with modest upgrades including minor battery improvements and camera changes. The Tab S12+ loses its ultra-wide camera while the Ultra retains dual rear cameras, with both supporting 45W charging and IP68 water resistance.
MediaTek announced the Dimensity CX C10 Max, its first processor for Googlebooks, which is nearly identical to its previously released Kompanio Ultra chip for Chromebooks, itself based on the Dimensity 9400 smartphone processor. The new chip shares the same TSMC 3nm design, octa-core CPU layout, GPU, and AI silicon as the older variant, with only minor differences in clock speed and RAM support. MediaTek says the chipset will power an upcoming premium Googlebook.
