Sidero Labs, the company behind Talos Linux and Omni, has been acquired by Yardi Systems. The acquisition maintains Talos Linux's open-source status under MPL-2.0 and provides resources for new products like Talos Hypervisor, while Sidero Labs continues operating independently with its existing team and community engagement model.
