Google is rolling out new health features to Pixel Watch users this week, including blood pressure trends, insulin resistance trends, and sleep breathing quality metrics through its Health Guardian suite. These features will also come to Pixel Watch 3 and 4, with some arriving on Fitbit Air later this year, though Breathing Emergency Detection remains limited to Europe pending FDA clearance.
