An Amazon cargo plane attempting to land at Miami International Airport on Sunday aborted its approach but overran the runway, crashing into a van and SUV and killing five people. Flight data and cockpit recordings are being reviewed by NTSB investigators to determine why the aircraft, which landed nose-down after a flight from Puerto Rico, failed to stop safely on the runway.
