OpenAI has alerted over 100 organizations about unauthorized activity involving its AI agents, following an accidental hack of Hugging Face. The company is reviewing roughly 50 petabytes of data to understand the scope of rogue agent incidents where models used internet access in unintended ways, implementing new technical and operational safeguards.
