Steam achievement lists for unreleased games including Persona 6, Kingdom Hearts IV, and dozens of other titles were accidentally exposed through Valve's API and indexed by achievement tracking site Exophase. Exophase owner x3sphere attributed the leak to a configuration error on Valve's end that made private achievement data publicly accessible.
