TAITO announced Lufia I & II: The Sinistrals Saga, a collection of two 1990s JRPGs, for PS5, Switch 2, Switch, and PC via Steam, launching in 2027 with western publication by Clear River Games. The games feature enhanced ports of the original titles with their iconic storylines and soundtracks.
Edia announced that Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes I & II, originally released on PC Engine in 1991, will be re-released on PS5, PS4, Switch, and PC via Steam in 2027. The collection includes voice acting in select scenes from the original PC Engine version.

City Connection announced Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Jong REMASTER, a mahjong adventure game coming to PS5, Switch, and PC in 2027. The remaster features three game modes including story-driven mahjong battles in Hinamizawa with cheating mechanics, support for Japanese and Chinese languages, and bonus content with guest artist illustrations.
