Intel released Linux NPU Driver 1.38 with official support for Ubuntu 26.04 LTS, five months after the OS debut. The driver now supports multiple Intel processors including Meteor Lake, Arrow Lake, Lunar Lake, Panther Lake, and Wildcat Lake on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS with Linux 7.0 kernel, while maintaining support for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
