Activision announced that actor Mads Mikkelsen will play the main antagonist, a character called The Archer, in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The campaign follows Task Force 141 as they pursue their fugitive former captain Price while a catastrophic weapon falls into The Archer's hands, with the game launching October 23, 2026.
