The widow of a man killed in an Amazon cargo plane crash at Miami International Airport has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Amazon Inc., Amazon Air Cargo, and related companies, alleging pilot error, inadequate training, and use of an aging aircraft contributed to the preventable tragedy that claimed her husband's life.
