Blizzard Entertainment and Netflix are developing an animated TV series adaptation of the Diablo video game franchise, set in the dark world of Sanctuary. The announcement was made by Blizzard president Johanna Faries at BlizzCon 2026, marking the beginning of Blizzard's expansion into new media beyond gaming.
