A simulated fruit fly brain with 165,122 neurons and 10 million synaptic connections was connected to a token launchpad on Robinhood Chain, launching the memecoin $FLYBRAIN which reached $50M market cap and generated $106,600 in fees within hours. The project, built by @fruitflydev using real Drosophila connectome data, demonstrated an unusual application of neuroscience to cryptocurrency, though the system's reliance on a local computer made it vulnerable to power outages.
