ARRI and HONOR have unveiled the co-branded HONOR Magic9 Pro Max smartphone, their second collaboration, which integrates ARRI's cinematographic tools including ARRI Looks, LogC3 recording, and Image Science technology. The flagship device features dual 200MP cameras, a 6.8-inch OLED display, and advanced video capabilities up to 4K@120fps, initially launching in China as part of ARRI's expansion into content creation.
Honor announced the Magic 9 Pro Max flagship in China, featuring a 200MP ARRI-tuned main camera with gimbal-level stabilization, a 200MP telephoto camera, 50MP ultra-wide, Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, 8,800 mAh battery with 100W wired and 80W wireless charging, and a 6.8-inch OLED display with 10,000 nits peak brightness. The phone will launch globally in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia soon but not in the US.
