aSPARK is a Claude Code plugin that orchestrates an agile product workflow for software development, moving ideas through Product Owner, Engineering Manager, Developer, Reviewer, QA Tester, and Release Manager phases with approval gates and artifact tracking in a .spark/ directory. It requires only Claude Code and Git, installs as Markdown, and leaves a reviewable audit trail of specifications, plans, reviews, and QA results linked by stable requirement IDs.
