JD Power's 2026 North America Airport Satisfaction Study ranked 20 major US airports based on passenger surveys, with Minneapolis-St. Paul topping the list for the third consecutive year. The study found that recently completed airport renovations significantly boosted satisfaction scores, with mega airports showing a 14-point increase, and passengers rating perfect experiences spending $20 more than those rating trips as just OK.
