Thrive City at Chase Center in San Francisco has been designated a permanent full-time entertainment zone, allowing bars and restaurants to serve alcoholic beverages to-go in the 11-acre plaza daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Previously operating as a part-time zone only during special events, the permanent status aims to boost year-round foot traffic and create a European-style hospitality experience beyond game and concert days.
