EXXOGEN released an open validation suite for its deterministic molecular simulation infrastructure, publishing datasets and scripts for independent verification. The suite demonstrates sub-Ångström accuracy, physical energy correlation, SE(3) symmetry preservation, and thermodynamic stability across benchmark evaluations, using first-principles physics rather than machine learning models.
