Survivors of child sexual abuse are suing the Justice Department and Epstein's estate, alleging the DOJ failed to notify dozens of victims whose images were found in Epstein's massive collection of child sexual abuse material dating back to the 1990s. The FBI began reviewing tens of thousands of videos in 2025 and identified hundreds of CSAM images, but survivors claim most victims have not been notified that Epstein possessed their unlawful images.
