Researchers at Binghamton University have developed wallpaper embedded with tiny moisture-electric generators (MEGs) that absorb humidity from indoor air and convert it into electrical current. The technology, designed with glycerol and polyvinylpyrrolidone structures, could power low-energy devices like environmental sensors and wireless devices while helping regulate room humidity.
