A 72-year-old Pokémon card collector in Cleveland was arrested for illegally placing a GPS tracker on a delivery driver's vehicle to follow her route and locate newly stocked card boxes at stores. Kubasta pleaded no contest and faces up to 180 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
