Paper2Agent is an open-source framework that automatically transforms academic papers into interactive AI agents capable of running the methods described within them. Researchers at Stanford demonstrated the tool by converting AlphaGenome documentation into 22 validated tools accessible through natural language queries, outperforming standard AI approaches on computational biology tasks.
