AgentMeasure is an open-source tool for analyzing AI agent logs, detecting failures and retries in Codex and Claude Code sessions, and auditing token accounting and billing metrics. It runs locally, produces health-check reports and settlement statements, and establishes conformance standards for measuring AI agent outcomes as outcome-based billing becomes industry standard.
