The program offers financial rewards for intelligence leading to arrests or material law enforcement outcomes, addressing the gap where fewer than 1% of cybercrimes result in prosecution. Operation Silent Vector is the first initiative, targeting specific cybercriminal actors through a secure, anonymous submission platform.
