Bull has won a contract to build the next-generation Lumi-AI supercomputer for Europe's EuroHPC Joint Undertaking, beating out HPE. The system will be installed at CSC facilities in Finland and represents Europe's commitment to using national labs for HPC and AI research independent of private equity and major U.S. tech companies.
