A hobbyist reverse-engineered an Egret GT e-scooter by analyzing its Bluetooth app, probing the USB-C port to discover a CAN bus interface, sniffing traffic to map control messages, and eventually dumping firmware from the motor controller's STM32F103 clone MCU using SWD debugging.
