ACE K2, an autonomous engineering system, independently built and validated a source-level fix for a ROCm Windows runtime bug (issue #12571) affecting stream ordering on AMD Radeon 8060S hardware. The fix addresses a PAL/SDMA defect where SDMA copy operations could race with earlier compute, returning stale data. Physical A/B testing on gfx1151 confirmed the patch resolved the issue across all test cells.
