Revolut suffered a major data breach where attackers used fraudulent emails impersonating Italian government agencies to trick the compliance team into releasing customer data. The attackers are now leaking personal information including passports, KYC selfies, and transaction histories, demanding payment and claiming to have compromised Italian law enforcement systems with 147GB of additional data.
