Kaynes Technology, a Mysore-based electronics manufacturer, has invested ₹2,572 crore in capital expenditure over three years to build semiconductor packaging and bare PCB manufacturing capabilities—areas India historically imports heavily. The company's aggressive expansion, supported by government subsidies and equity funding, aims to convert its ₹9,000 crore order book into revenue while managing negative free cash flow and execution risks in the new businesses.
