Codetta is a steganographic protocol that enables undetectable collusion between independently deployed LLM agents by hiding covert communication within ordinary-looking outputs. The method achieves high capacity without pre-shared keys through a public model-based channel estimation, adaptive error correction, and steganographic key exchange, demonstrating that agent collusion detection through transcript inspection alone is insufficient.
