A 12-week study from Texas A&M University found that creatine supplementation helped middle-aged adults (45–65) gain lean muscle and strength even without structured exercise, with greater benefits when combined with resistance training and calorie restriction. The results suggest creatine may be a useful tool for preserving muscle mass and supporting healthy aging.
