Sony PlayStation will launch a dedicated Crunchyroll anime hub on PS5 in spring 2027, integrating the streaming service directly into the console's home screen to help users discover anime content and anime-inspired games more easily. The move aims to strengthen connections between PlayStation's gaming and anime communities, building on existing Crunchyroll access through a separate app since 2020.
