The Public Ledger of Credentials Organization, a Swiss Association, has been formally established to independently operate the PLC directory system for the AT Protocol. The organization, led by five board members with expertise in security, cryptography, and internet governance, has completed initial administrative setup and plans to take over directory operations from Bluesky Social PBC.
