TruGolf Holdings completed its acquisition of Canadian asset tokenization company Polymath Research, which develops the Polymesh blockchain for regulated assets. TruGolf will operate Polymath as a subsidiary while maintaining its golf technology business, creating two divisions in golf and blockchain infrastructure. As of December 2025, Polymath has tokenized over $132 million in assets for 65+ issuers.
