A pacing protocol called sidepeace distributes long AI tasks across multiple scheduled bursts instead of consuming quota in one session. It uses an external scheduler (cron/launchd) to fire work chunks every N minutes, with an AGENTS.md rules file defining per-project limits and behavior. An installer script adds the protocol to Claude, Codex, and Gemini environments.
