Ukraine's Defense Ministry is developing SPECTR, an AI system designed to analyze battlefield data, help commanders plan operations, and predict Russian moves. The system, built by the AI center A1 established in March 2026 with UK backing, aims to convert raw sensor and drone information into faster military decisions while keeping sensitive data protected on local systems.
