A developer has created a phone-based cryptocurrency wallet that generates and stores private keys exclusively within the phone's TEE (Trusted Execution Environment), eliminating the need for mnemonics. The underlying blockchain, written in 3 million lines of Rust, is not yet deployed, and the open-source wallet client was recently removed from GitHub due to an AI risk-control flag.
