Solana decentralized exchange Orca and lending protocol Loopscale are merging to form Formation, a New York-based company led by Loopscale co-founder Luke Truitt. Formation will combine Orca's trading infrastructure with Loopscale's credit services to finance AI, energy, robotics, and defense assets, with plans to operate a tokenized securities venue under the SEC's innovation exemption.
