Saudi Arabia launched Ceer, its first domestic automaker, a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund and Foxconn. The company unveiled two concept EVs, the Exobot sedan and SUV, with plans to expand its portfolio to seven vehicles by 2030, part of Vision 2030's economic diversification strategy away from oil.
