Researchers developed SlopShape, a structural analysis tool that identifies AI-generated commercial web content with 98% accuracy by analyzing how information is organized, presented, and voiced—rather than examining individual words. The method successfully detects AI-generated posts even when reworded and can attribute them to specific AI models, revealing that AI content exhibits distinctive structural patterns compared to human-written posts.
