Amazon raised its minimum wage to $20 per hour for core operations workers and introduced new benefits including a 20% Whole Foods discount and 10% Amazon Fresh discount for all US employees, effective October 1. The company also began offering Day 1 Financial membership through First Tech Federal Credit Union to employees and their families.
