Tracon is a monitoring tool for Claude Code subagents that displays real-time status of parallel agents, detects conflicts and stuck processes, and helps orchestrate multi-agent workflows. It reads local transcripts without modifying the repository and optionally uses an LLM to check if agents drift from their assigned tasks.
