Because it is essential to understand what @notesystems is building, you first need to understand what a Structured Note actually is, especially if you are coming across the concept for the first time.
On one hand, a Structured Note is simply a financial agreement whose outcome depends on what happens to another asset, such as a stock. It can be designed to provide regular payments if certain conditions are met, but it can also expose you to losses if the underlying asset falls too far.
