这两天可以说是突然声名鹊起。
时间线上越来越多人开始聊 TMF、抢 Pass、研究那 4001 把椅子。
如果你也刷到了很多次，但还没搞明白：
这玩意到底在做什么？为什么突然会有这么大的影响力？
因为它卖的，还真不是单纯一张 JPEG。
你 Mint 到的，其实是一把“椅子”。
而且这把椅子，真能让你坐进一只链上基金里。

先说下团队。
TMF 的创始人是 @Kingpickle
老 NFT 玩家应该对他不会太陌生，BAYC #8554、MAYC #18132 持有人，之前做过 ApeCoin 的 Product Development，同时也是 @DENGSonApe 的 Builder。
所以 TMF 这套东西你仔细看，会发现确实有很强的 NFT 原生味道。
链上艺术、社区所有权、游戏化机制，再把基金治理塞进去。
不是临时看到 Robinhood Chain 热了，随便套了个 RWA 壳子。
目前项目运营和合作对接这边，还有 @what3verman
也是 Web3 里混了很多年的老面孔，现在不少 TMF 的社区合作、对外沟通都能看到他在参与。
一个偏产品、合约和整个机制设计。
一个偏运营、社区和合作。
我觉得这也是 TMF 最近能这么快把讨论度拉起来的原因之一。
项目本身有东西，同时也有人把这些东西往外推。

再回到产品。
The Mutual Fun 一共只有 4,001 个 Seat。
除了永不出售的 Chairman Seat 0，剩下的席位会被分进 5 只基金：
BAGEL / LADDR / HAGGL / GRAVY / DARTS
刚开始规则都一样。
后面每只基金会变成什么样，基本就看坐在里面的这群人怎么投票。
所以我觉得它最有意思的地方也在这里：
同样一把椅子，最后可能因为所在基金和社区决策，走出完全不同的路线。

拿到 Seat 以后，也不是放钱包里等涨价就完事了。
你得先 Enroll。
然后每周都能参与基金投票：
钱往哪些资产配。
盈利以后拿多少出来分。
费用里面拿多少去 Burn。
到了每周五 Closing Bell，投票结果就会变成这只基金下一周真正执行的策略。
如果产生符合规则的收益，分红会进入你这把 Seat 自带的 Briefcase。
这个 Briefcase 本身就是和 NFT 绑定的链上账户。
以后你把 Seat 卖掉，里面还没领取的东西也会跟着这把椅子一起走。
所以这个 Seat 同时叠了好几层东西：
NFT。
基金席位。
每周投票权。
再加一个自己的链上 Briefcase。
这也是为什么我说，别把 TMF 简单理解成又一个 PFP。

另外它还有个挺狠的 M&A 机制。
两把同基金、同等级并且已经 Enroll 的 Seat，可以直接合并。
其中一把永久消失。
另一把升级成更高 Share Class，同时椅子也会变成 Corner Office 版本。
也就是说：
4,001 个 Seat 是上限，后面理论上只会越来越少。
$TMF 这边也做了类似的收缩机制。
目前官方设定是 401,000 $TMF = 1 Seat。
所以整个系统里，Seat、$TMF、基金治理，其实都是互相咬在一起的。
这也是我觉得它设计得比较有意思的地方。
不是先发一个 NFT，再硬给它找 Utility。
而是从一开始，就把这把“椅子”塞进了整个基金系统里面。

还有一个我挺喜欢的点。
TMF 把整个产品真的做成了一家“基金公司”。
Waiting Room。
Subscription Desk。
Proxy Ballot。
Mailroom。
Closing Bell。
甚至普通人没有 Seat，以后也可以去 Mailroom 帮基金执行公开的链上任务，拿一点 Postage。
有点正经，又有点抽象。😂
但也正是这套办公室叙事，把原本很硬的基金、治理、DeFi 机制，包装成了一个大家很容易理解的游戏。

这句话基本就把整个项目讲明白了。

至于现在为什么大家都在抢 TMF Pass，也很好理解。
目前总共只有 2,000 张 Pass。
而且是 Soulbound，不能转让。
1 张 Pass = 2 个 Seat。
Waiting Room 会给普通用户留 UGC 申请入口，所以现在你看到这么多人开始做内容，本质上都在争这一轮最早的入场资格。
我自己也准备继续跟一下这条线。

Everyone talks about Robinhood Chain. I’m watching what Slippy can build on top of it.
@Slippyclub gets interesting when blockchain infrastructure stops being the headline and starts becoming invisible to users.
My take: the real opportunity is making onchain activity feel simple, useful and worth coming back to - not another generic crypto product.
What I’m watching next is execution. If Slippy keeps improving the user experience and builds deeper utility around Robinhood Chain, it could become a memorable part of the ecosystem.
No fake revenue numbers. No guaranteed token narratives. Just product, adoption and execution.

Most NFT projects sell a picture.
Slippy is building a character people can remember.
One snake. 12 personalities. Zero arms.
That’s what caught my attention with @Slippyclub .
The Antoine Mingo art direction gives Slippy a clear identity. The PFP Creator and Meme Studio make the IP more fun to use too.
But I think the real strength is the 12 personalities.
Different moods. Different memes. Different stories.
You can find one that actually feels like you.
I’m more interested in seeing how Slippy grows beyond the NFT itself - games, collectibles, content and other experiences could make these characters even more recognizable.
Nothing is guaranteed here.
But the concept is simple enough to stick.
