As we approach the shareholder meeting, and as a long-term AMC shareholder, I want to formally express my concern regarding ongoing trademark and copyright infringement, including the unauthorized use of AMC’s brand names and logos.
What is @AMCTheatres doing to address these unauthorized uses, including the potential issuance of cease-and-desist demands?
Currently, certain crypto platforms and exchanges appear to be leveraging AMC’s corporate identity, trademarks, and branding in connection with products that could create confusion regarding the underlying AMC equity. This deserves clear attention and shareholder disclosure.
Please address this matter at the upcoming meeting. No securities or regulatory exemption should be interpreted as independently authorizing the infringement of AMC’s intellectual property rights.
There is also nothing inherently preventing the company from providing shareholders with appropriate public disclosure regarding how it is addressing ongoing alleged infringements, subject of course to legal and regulatory considerations.
For clarity, the conventional civil enforcement process can include:
1.Identify and document the alleged infringement. 2.Issue a cease-and-desist demand, where appropriate. 3.File a civil complaint in federal court. https://t.co/uGPFZqNNrC preliminary and/or permanent injunctive relief. 5.Pursue available damages, profits, destruction or forfeiture of infringing goods, and potentially attorneys’ fees where legally available.
I would appreciate proper disclosure and clarification concerning this serious shareholder “concern”.

it came to my radar at first when i saw @soby0x and @AvgJoesCrypto in. very good guys to follow when it comes to utility plays. they’ve been killing it on robinhood.
$UFG is essentially an "Inverse OHM v1" or an "Inverse NET".
at their core, while OHM v1 and NET are inflationary reserves, UFG is a deflationary treasury asset.
