Fee split is simple:
> 1% on trades > Protocol keeps 30% > 80% of that is supposed to buy back > Cap is 24% of total fees
DefiLlama: real buybacks ~12% of fees
Early Sept peak was ~$6M in daily fees. Oct 7 was $604K. Down ~90%
$604K in fees is $73K of actual buyback. MC ~$240M. Too small to matter
~31% of supply is already burned. How much gets burned depends on volume, not hype

Cycle 1 was slow because it started before the last claim. Budget was leftover cash, not the full stack
