Robinhood just crossed a major line:
AI agents can now trade for you. Not through another app. Not through some API workaround.
Inside Robinhood. The announcement came tonight at the HOOD Summit.
And here’s the surprising part: More than 150,000 people have opened agent accounts since May.
These agents are already using Robinhood’s tools nearly 30 million times a day.
Next up: “Loops.” Your agent could watch the market while you sleep and trade when your rules are met.
For now, there are some limits: It uses a separate account. Margin trading is not allowed. Manual approval is on by default.

Basically this is us saying we are willing to buy $4M worth of Hood stock at $80 6 months down the road if it drops from current levels. If not, we keep the qtr Milly and move on with our lives. Maybe we can try again if the terms are still favorable.
