PANews reported on October 2, citing Bloomberg, that Anthropic is seeking to go public as early as mid-November and may begin formal IPO marketing in the week of November 9, aiming to start trading before Thanksgiving on November 26, and is still expected to complete its listing by the end of the year at the latest. People familiar with the matter said some potential investors believe Anthropic's reasonable valuation range is about $1.8 trillion to $2 trillion, and the company expects its IPO size to reach or exceed that of SpaceX. Anthropic's 2025 revenue was about $4.6 billion, up from $386 million in 2024, but its net loss was close to $42 billion, of which more than $34 billion came from changes in the fair value of liabilities, and its operating loss exceeded $8 billion. The relevant arrangements are still under discussion, and the timeline may continue to be adjusted.
