My two Ourbit accounts have been blocked/frozen:
• Account 1: approximately $570 • Account 2: approximately $700 • Total: approximately $1,270
These funds are extremely important to me. I come from a developing country, and $1,270 is a significant amount of money for me and my family.
I have also lost my job, and trading income is currently an important source of income for my household. I cannot realistically wait several months for access to these funds.
I am completely willing to cooperate with Ourbit's compliance process and provide any KYC documents, transaction records, source-of-funds information, or other verification required.
What I am asking for is simple:
Please review my case urgently, explain why my accounts were restricted, and tell me exactly what I need to provide to resolve the issue.
I am asking the crypto community to help bring this case to the attention of the appropriate Ourbit team.
